
Nariyal Coconut Chutney Recipe | How To Make Coconut Chutney

Coconut Chutney is very commonly prepared in India especially in the South of India. You can eat with Idli and Dosa and is very simple to make.
Ingredients
- 1 garlic - 4 cl
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Ginger
- 6 curry leaves
- 2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 Dry red chillies
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions

Take 1 cup coconut in a blender

Add 2 tbsp roasted Chana Dal (Gram Lentils) to it

Add 2-3 green chilies to it

Add 1/2 Ginger to it.

Add 2 garlic cloves to the mixture.

Add some coriander leaves to it.

Add 1/2 tsp salt.

Add water as per your convinience.

Blend everything to form a fine paste.

Time to prepare tadka. Add 2 tsp oil in hot pan

Add 1 tbsp mustard seeds to it.

Add 2 dried red chilies to it

Add 1/2 tsp Asafoetida to it.

Add few curry leaves to the tadka. Mix everything together for a few seconds. It will start spluttering.

Add The tadka to the chutney paste we prepared. Mix everything together
