
Pani Puri Masala | Pani Puri Aloo Masala

Pani Puri is eaten and enjoyed in all Parts of India. It has different names in different regions like Pani Puri in Mumbai, Golgappa in Dehli and Puchka in West Bengal. It is savory and spicy dish prepared using different ingredients like Mint which is mainly used for preparing the pani puri water. Then there is the masala which is prepared using potatoes and chick peas and finally there are the puris. This dish is a must try for all the people who love spicy and tangy dishes.
Ingredients
- 3 Raw potatoes
- 1 Onions
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 0.5 cup Green peas
- 2 cups Water
- 1.5 tsp chilli flakes
- 0.5 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions

For this recipe, we will need 3 boiled potatoes

Mash the potatoes with hand

Add 1 small chopped onion to the mixture

Add 2 tsp coriander leaves to the mixture.

Boiled Peas: Take 1/2 cup Peas in a bowl and soak it overnight.

Add the the peas to a pressure cooker.

Add 2 cups of water to it.

Add 1 tsp salt to it.

Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder to the mixture.

Cook the Peas till you get 10-12 whistles.

Add 1/2 cup boiled peas to the mixture we had prepared.

Add 1/2 tsp cumin powder to the mixture.

Add 2 tsp chilli flakes to it.

Mix everything together.

Add 2-3 tbsp of golgappa pani to the mixture. We have explained how to make Gol Gappa pani in another recipe.
