Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cumin powder
  • 0.25 tsp Asafoetida
  • 0.5 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp biryani masala
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice - 1
  • 0.5 cup coriander - 1 finely chopped
  • 4 green chilies - 2 finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 0.25 tsp roasted cumin powder teaspoon

Instructions

    For this recipe, we will need 1 cup coriander leaves, 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, 4-5 green chillies, 1/2 inch ginger

    Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend everything together

    Filter the mixture using a strainer

    Add 750 ml of water to the mixture

    Mix everything together

    Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp Asafoetida powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/4 black pepper, 2 tsp pani puri masala, 3 tbsp lemon juice. Add 2 tsp boondi and few ice cubes to mixture for making it chill.
