For this recipe, we will need 1 cup coriander leaves, 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, 4-5 green chillies, 1/2 inch ginger
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend everything together
Filter the mixture using a strainer
Add 750 ml of water to the mixture
Mix everything together
Add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp Asafoetida powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/4 black pepper, 2 tsp pani puri masala, 3 tbsp lemon juice. Add 2 tsp boondi and few ice cubes to mixture for making it chill.
You pani puri water is ready. Enjoy!!!
