Ingredients
- 1 Raw Mango
- 2 Onions
- 5 Dry red chillies
- 1 tbsp Sago grain
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Salt

For this recipe we will need 1 raw mango and 2 medium size onions

Take few red dried chilies in a bowl

Add hot water to it and soak it for 10 min

Peel the Raw Mango and roughly chop it. Also roughly chop the onions

Remove the stem from the dried chilly leaves and add it to a blender. If you like the chutney to be less spicy, you may reduce the amount red chilies but this chutney is usually a bit spicy.

Add 4 garlic cloves to the mixture

Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds and 2 tsp of salt the mixture.

Blend the mixture. Do not blend it a lot as we do not want to fine paste. We want the chutney to be coarse.

Add the chopped raw Mango pieces to the mixture.

Blend everything together. Again do not over blend the mixture as we do not want a fine paste.

Add the chopped Onions to the mixture.

Blend everything together. As you can see in the image the chutney is has coarse texture. Add 1 tsp mustard oil to it and mix everything well.
