
Eggless Fudgie Brownie | How to make Brownie

Ingredients
- 75 gms butter (or ghee)
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 tbsp baking soda
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup Brown Bread
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup Curds (yogurt)
- 2 tbsp coffee mix
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup milk chocolate
- 1/3 cup milk powder
- 1/4 tbsp salt
Instructions

Take 75 gms butter in a pan.

Add 1/3 cup dark chocolate and 1/3 cup milk chocolate to it

Cook the mixture on low flame till it melts.

Add 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar to the mixture and mix them well.

Add 1/4 cup condensed milk to the mixture and mix it together

Add 1/4 cup yogurt (curd) to the mixture and mix it well

Add 1/2 tbsp baking soda and 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence to the mixture.

Mix everything together well.

Take cocoa powder and flour in a Strainer

Sieve 1/3 cup cocoa powder and 1 cup all purpose flour in the mixture.

Mix everything well together.

Add 2 tbsp instant coffee mixture to the prepared batter and mix everything well together

Pour the batter in tray covered with parchment paper.

Bake at 180 degrees in pre heated oven for 30 min. Your brownies are ready. Enjoy!!!
