Ingredients
- 5 coriander - 1 finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice - 1
- 1000 gms watermelon
- 1 tsp Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
- 3 tbsp Sugar

For this recipe, we will need 1 kg of watermelon cut in small cubes.

Add the watermelon cubes to a blender.

Add 3 tbsp sugar to it. You can adjust the amount of sugar according to your taste and also on how sweet the watermelon is.

Blend the mixture.

Filter the watermelon juice using a strainer.

The watermelon juice will have water like consistency.

Add 1 tbsp black salt the watermelon juice.

Squeeze 1/2 lemon into the juice.

Add some ice cubes in a glass.

Add some mint leaves into it if available. This is completely optional.
