
Veg Quesadilla | How to make Veg Quesadilla

Ingredients
- 6 clove garlic - 4 cl
- 0.5 cup corn flour
- 1/3 cup wheat flour
- 0.5 tbsp chilli flakes
- 0.5 tbsp oregano
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 Onions
- 2 tbsp Sabudana (Tapioca Pearls)
- 50 gms Cheese Slices
- 0.5 tbsp basil
- 5 tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.5 Tomato
- 0.5 tbsp salt
Instructions

Take 1/2 cup corn flour , 1/3 cup wheat flour, 1/2 tbsp salt in a bowl

Add 1 tbsp oil to the mixture

Mix everything together to form a dough

Cover it with a cloth for 15 min

After 15 min , open the cover and divide the dough in small parts

Make small balls with the dough

Roll it with a rolling pin

Cut the sides of the tortilla using a cutter

Half cook the tortilla. Keep it aside.

Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 5-6 garlic cloves to it. Add 1 tsp oregano, basil powder and chilli flakes to it. Fry everything for a minute

Add 1 bell pepper to the mixture

Add 1 onion to it

Add 1 small tomato, 2 tbsp corn and mix everything well. Cook everything for 5 min

Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Place the tortilla on top of it and start cooking it

Spread 1 tsp mayonnaise on the top

Add some grated cheese

Add the mixture we prepared in the earlier step

Place some olives on the top

Fold it and cook from both sides
