
Veg Momos Recipe | Veg Momos Recipe without Steamer

Momo or Veg momos is an East and South Asian dish. It is made of a water dough and flour. White flour is generally preferred. A little yeast or baking soda can be added to give a more doughy texture. The fillings may include meat, vegetables, cheese, corn etc.
Ingredients
- 200 gm Maida
- 250 gm savoy cabbage
- 1 cup Onions
- 6-7 cloves french beans
- 7-8 cloves green chilli sauce
- 1 cup Capsicum
- 5-6 cloves garlic - 4 cl
- 2 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Maggi Masala (optional)
- 1 cup red carrots
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions

Add All purpose flour (maida) in a pan

Add salt to taste

Add oil and mix well

Make a dough

Rest the dough for 10-15 mins

Take finely chopped cabbage on white cloth

Remove excess water from the cabbage

Heat a pan and add 2 tsp oil

Add Garlic to the mixture and fry it

Add Onion to the mixture and fry it till light golden brown

Add chopped green chilies to the mixture

Add 1 cup French beans to the mixture

Add 1 cup capsicum to the mixture

Add 1 cup carrot to the mixture and cook well

Add cabbage to the mixture and mix everything well

Add the mixture in one bowl and let it cool down

Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well

Make small balls from dough

Take a steam pan and grease it with oil

Make a small tortilla and add 1 spoon mixture on it

Serve it with mayonnaise and schezwan chutney
