Ingredients

  • 200 gm white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp ghee/oil
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 340 gm Misri (Jaggery/Sugar)

Instructions

    Take one pan and add sesame seeds in it and roast it.

    After roasting , take sesame seeds in one plate

    Take butter paper which is available in the market and grease it with Ghee

    Step 3

    Take jaggery in a pan

    Step 4

    Add 1 tbsp water in it

    Step 5

    Melt the jaggery and No lumps should be there

    Step 6

    Cook the jaggery properly till it becomes dark ochre yellow

    Add 1 tbsp Ghee and mix well

    Add Roasted sesame seeds in it

    Step 9

    Mix everything well

    Place the mixture on to the butter paper and spread it evenly

    Cut it into small rectangles

    Give it a rest for 1 hour
