Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Coconut
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Milk Powder - 3 tablespoons
- 200 ml Milk - 200 ml

Instructions

Remove coconut water from the fresh coconut.

Strain the coconut and remove its brown skin.

Wash the coconut and cut it into small pieces for easy grinding.

Grind the coconut in a mixer jar with added coconut water, sugar, cardamom powder and milk until smooth and creamy.

Add milk powder and adjust consistency by adding more milk as needed.

Pour the ice cream mixture into molds or containers and insert an ice cream stick if available.

Cover with foil and secure with rubber bands to prevent ice crystals formation.

Freeze for 8-10 hours or overnight until set.
