Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp garlic - 4 cl
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp gram flour
  • 100 gms Paneer - 1 piece
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/4 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Onions
  • 1/4 Capsicum
  • 2 tbsp Sago grain
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp mango powder
  • 1/4 cup Ginger
  • 5 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1/4 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tbsp salt

Instructions

    Take 2 tbsp warm mustard oil in a bowl

    Add 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder to it

    Add 1/2 tbsp coriander powder

    Add 1/2 cumin powder

    Step 4

    Add 1/4 tbsp salt, 1/4 tbsp mango powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste to it

    Add 1/4 hung curd to it

    Add 1 tbsp besan (gram flour)

    Mix everything well.

    Add 100 gms of paneer(cottage cheese) cubes to the mixture that we just created

    Marinate the paneer in the mixture

    Take few pieces of activated charcoal. Place them in a small bowl and place the bowl in the center of the mixture

    Now add 1 tbsp of ghee (clarified butter) on the charcoal which will lead to smoke coming out of it.

    Cover the bowl with a plate and let it marinate for 30 min

    Take the place out.

    Spread 1 tbsp oil on a griller.

    Grill the paneer on the griller from both sides.

    Time to prepare the sauce mixture. Take 1/2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp green chilly sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1/4 tbsp soya sauce in a bowl.

    Mix everything well together. Our sauce is ready.

    Now 2 tbsp oil in a pan

    Add 6 gloves of chopped garlic and 2 green chillies to it and mix them well.

    Add 1 small onion and 1/4 capsicum to it and fry everything together.

    Add the sauce we prepared in the previous step to it and start cooking them together

    Mix everything well together till you can smell the aroma. This tell us that aur mixture is ready

    Add the grilled paneer to the mixture and cook everything together.
