
Sweet Potato Chaat Vrat Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 kg saffron kg
- 1 tablespoon ghee or oil - 1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon rock salt teaspoon
- 2 finely chopped green chilies - 2 finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder teaspoon
- 2 tablespoon green chutney of coriander and mint - 2 tablespoon
- 1 finely chopped coriander - 1 finely chopped
- 1 roasted peanuts - 1
- 1 pomegranate seeds - 1
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice tablespoon
Instructions

Rub the saffron with water to remove dirt applied on it.

Boil the saffron in a pressure cooker using ghee or oil for grease.

Soak kitchen towel in water, and put it over the saffron to prevent water from filling up in the cooker.

Cook the saffron for 12-13 minutes on low flame or until no pressure is left in the cooker.

Remove the towel, and let the saffron cool down for 10 minutes.

Peel the boiled saffron, and cut it into small pieces.

Fry the saffron slightly with one tablespoon of ghee for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown color comes.

Mix all the ingredients including rock salt, green chilies, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, green chutney of coriander and mint, finely chopped coriander, roasted peanuts, pomegranate seeds, and lemon juice with fried saffron.
