Wash the poha by rubbing it with water and leave it for 2-3 minutes.
Remove excess water from the poha using a strainer.
Grate the potatoes and mix them with the poha.
Add chopped vegetables, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala and salt to the mixture.
Mix everything well with your hands until it forms a good binding.
Apply ghee or oil on your palm for smoothness.
Take a medium-sized mixture on your hands and roll it by pressing it lightly.
Make a tiki shape cutlet by pressing it with your hands.
Prepare the Lari mixture using corn starch, all purpose flour and salt.
Dip each cutlet in the Lari mixture and coat it with bread crumbs.
Fry the cutlets on high flame for 1.5 to 2 minutes on one side and then turn them to the other side.
Fry until they get a nice golden color.
