Pesto Crostini | Toasted Bread with Pesto

Ingredients
- 1 cup Green peas
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 cloves garlic - 4 cl
- 2 tbsp coriander - 1 finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

Take 1 cup peas and 2 tbsp mint leaves and start boiling them together.

Take a blender and add 2 tbsp parmesan cheese.

Add 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds. You can also use almonds or walnuts for this.

Add salt, some chili flakes and 2 garlic cloves to the mixture.

Add the boiled peas and mint to the blender. Also add 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp cold water to it. Grind everything together.

Top up the Pesto with some peas and olive oil

Spread the pesto crostini on a toast. Enjoy!!!
