Pav Bhaji | Mumbai Style Pav Bhaji with a twist
Indian Cuisine
Pav Bhaji is a very famous dish in India especially in the city of Mumbai. It is made by mixing various vegetables like onion, tomatoes, capsicum etc.Over the years people have come up with their own versions to modify this dish according to their taste buds. Our version is a bit different from the classic version where we fry the vegetables first before actually boiling them. We believe this brings out the flavours better than the traditional way.
