
Panipuri Pani Recipe - Tikha Pani

Pani Puri is eaten and enjoyed in all Parts of India. It has different names in different regions like Pani Puri in Mumbai, Golgappa in Dehli and Puchka in West Bengal. It is savory and spicy dish prepared using different ingredients like Mint which is mainly used for preparing the pani puri water. Then there is the masala which is prepared using potatoes and chick peas and finally there are the puris. This dish is a must try for all the people who love spicy and tangy dishes.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup coriander - 1 finely chopped
- 0.25 cup Cumin powder
- 1 l Water
- 5 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
- 0.5 tsp Spinach
- 0.25 tsp Asafoetida
- 2 tsp biryani masala
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice - 1
- 3 tbsp Boondi
- 0.5 tsp roasted cumin powder teaspoon
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions

Take Coriander, Mint leaves, Green Chilli and Ginger and grind it in the mixer with little bit of Water

Then Take mesh traniner and starin the liquid paste

Add around 3 cups of chilled water in the strained liquid and mix well

Add salt

Add black salt

Add roasted cumin powder

Add Red chilli powder

Add hing/asafoetida

Add pani-puri masala

Add lemon juice and mix well

At the end, add Boondi while serving the panipuri
