Ingredients
- 75 gm tamarind water
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 0.5 tsp biryani masala
- 2 tbsp Boondi
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
- 100 gm Misri (Jaggery/Sugar)
- 1/8 tsp cumin powder

Take Tamarind and soak it in warm water for half n hour and after that smash it using your hands

Then Take mesh strainer and strain the liquid paste

Take out 1 small cup of tamarind and keep it aside

Now take the tamarind liquid paste and add jaggery into it and let it boil for 2-3 minutes

Let it come to room temperature and add it in fresh bowl
