Ingredients

  • 75 gm tamarind water
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp biryani masala
  • 2 tbsp Boondi
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
  • 100 gm Misri (Jaggery/Sugar)
  • 1/8 tsp cumin powder

    Take Tamarind and soak it in warm water for half n hour and after that smash it using your hands

    Then Take mesh strainer and strain the liquid paste

    Take out 1 small cup of tamarind and keep it aside

    Now take the tamarind liquid paste and add jaggery into it and let it boil for 2-3 minutes

    Let it come to room temperature and add it in fresh bowl
