
Panipuri Pani Recipe - Imli ka Khatta Theekha Pani

Pani Puri is eaten and enjoyed in all Parts of India. It has different names in different regions like Pani Puri in Mumbai, Golgappa in Dehli and Puchka in West Bengal. It is savory and spicy dish prepared using different ingredients like Mint which is mainly used for preparing the pani puri water. Then there is the masala which is prepared using potatoes and chick peas and finally there are the puris. This dish is a must try for all the people who love spicy and tangy dishes.
Ingredients
- 25 gm tamarind water
- 1.5 cup Water
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/4 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp Cumin powder
- 2 pinch Asafoetida
- 2 tsp Lemon juice - 1
- 1/2 tsp biryani masala
- 1/2 tsp Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions

Take 1 cup of tamarind paste

Add chilled water into the paste and mix well
