Ingredients
- 1 cup soya chunks
- 1 cup Curds (yogurt)
- 5 tbsp Sugar
- 5 Almonds
- 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 30 ml milk powder

Take 1 cup mango pulp, 1 cup yogurt, 4-5 tbsp sugar, almonds(optional), milk (optional).

Add the yogurt in blender.

Add the mango pulp to it. You can use fresh mango for the same.

Add some ice cubes.

Add 4-5 tbsp of sugar to the mixture

Add some milk to mixture for adjusting consistency of the Lassi. Adding milk is completely optional.

Add some cardamon powder to the mixture. This step is also optional.

Blend everything together.

Pour the Lassi in a glass. Garnish it with crushed almonds. Serve the Lassi Chilled. Enjoy!!!
