
Instant Aloo Vada

Ingredients
- 2 medium size Raw potatoes
- 1 big spoon Sago grain
- 1 big spoon Ghee
- 1 small spoon ghee or oil - 1 tablespoon
- 1 small spoon white sesame seeds
- 2 small spoons Ginger
- 1 small spoon Fasted rock salt
- 4 big spoons Roasted peanuts
- 1 small spoon Cumin seeds
- 1 Cumin seeds
- 3 green chilies
Instructions

Peel the potatoes and keep them in water to prevent from turning black.

Grate the potatoes using a fine hole grater.

Wash the grated potatoes twice with clean water to remove extra starch.

Leave the potato chips on a sieve for a while to remove excess water.

Blend fast rice, sago grain, and 1 big spoon of ghee until it forms a fine flour.

Heat a pan and add 1 big spoon of oil. Add cumin seeds, white sesame seeds, grated ginger, green chilies, and roast well.

Add the blended mixture to the pan and roast for 2 minutes.

Add potato chips, fasted rock salt, black pepper, coriander, and mix well.

Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes or until potato chips are cooked well and become soft.

Turn off gas and add crushed peanuts. Mix well and cook for another 4-5 minutes.

Grease a plate with ghee and spread the mixture evenly. Let it cool down completely and set.

Cut into desired shape and size.
