Sprouts Chaat is a healthy high-protein Indian snack made with steamed moong sprouts, fresh vegetables, lemon juice, and simple spices. It is light, nutritious, and perfect for weight loss, evening snacks, or post-workout meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups moong sprouts
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber
  • 1 green chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions

    Rinse the moong sprouts and steam them lightly for 5 to 7 minutes until slightly tender but still crunchy.

    Transfer the steamed sprouts to a large mixing bowl.

    Add finely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chilli.

    Add salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and red chilli powder.
