Healthy Ragi Banana Halwa is a nutritious Indian dessert made with 1/2 cup ragi flour, 1 ripe banana, and 1/4 cup jaggery. It is rich in iron and fiber, naturally sweetened, and perfect for a guilt-free sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Ragi flour
  • 1 bananas
  • 1/4 cup jaggery
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp Almonds
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts

Instructions

    Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan on low flame.

    Add 1/2 cup ragi flour and roast on low flame for 4 se 5 minutes until aromatic and slightly darker.

    Slowly add 1 cup warm milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

    Add 1 mashed ripe banana and mix well.

    Add 1/4 cup grated jaggery and cook for 2 se 3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
