Oats Banana Ladoo is a healthy Indian dessert made with roasted oats, mashed banana, dates, and nuts. It is naturally sweetened, refined sugar-free, and perfect as a guilt-free sweet snack or post-workout treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 bananas
  • 1/4 cup dates
  • 2 tbsp Almonds
  • 2 tbsp Cashew Nuts
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions

    Dry roast oats in a pan for 3 to 4 minutes until lightly aromatic. Let them cool.

    Grind the roasted oats into a coarse powder.
