Healthy Jaggery Til Ladoo is a nutritious Indian dessert made with roasted sesame seeds and jaggery. Rich in calcium, iron, and healthy fats, this traditional sweet is perfect for winters and guilt-free sweet cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 cup white sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup jaggery
- 1 tsp ghee
Instructions

Dry roast 1 cup white sesame seeds (til) in a pan on low flame for 4–5 minutes until aromatic and lightly golden.

Allow the roasted sesame seeds to cool slightly and grind coarsely.

Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan and add 3/4 cup grated jaggery.

Cook the jaggery on low flame for 2–3 minutes until it melts completely and becomes slightly bubbly.

Add the coarsely ground sesame seeds into the melted jaggery and mix well.

While the mixture is warm, shape into small round ladoos. Your Healthy Til Ladoo is ready. Enjoy!
