Ingredients
- 500 grams Red Carrots
- 100 grams Raw Carrot
- 3 tablespoons Ghee
- 1 liter Full Fat Milk
- 1 saffron kg
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- 1 handful Cashew Nuts
- 1 handful Almonds
- 5 tablespoons Sugar

Instructions

Peel the carrots with a peeler and grate them.

Fry the grated carrot in ghee for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Add milk, saffron thread, and boil on high heat. Stir continuously to prevent sticking.

Reduce flame to low and cook for 12-15 minutes or until carrots are well cooked and soft.

Prepare roasted semolina by heating a pan with ghee and adding cashew nuts, almonds, and Chiranjee. Roast for 2 minutes and set aside.

Add roasted semolina to the kheer and cook for 2-3 minutes more.

Add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the desired thickness is achieved.

Finally, add cardamom powder and mix well.
