Grind the red carrots in a blender until smooth

Add semolina and grind until fine

Add flour, milk powder, crushed cardamom, and sugar to the mixture and mix well

Add water or milk as needed to achieve the desired consistency

Heat oil in a pan for frying

Drop spoonfuls of the semolina mixture into hot oil and fry until golden brown

Drain excess oil on paper towels

Dip fried semolina in hot sugar syrup for 4-5 minutes

Serve warm or cold as desired
