Eggless Mango Cake | No Oven Mango Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter (or ghee)
  • 1 cup soya chunks
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Bread
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 0.25 tbsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 150 gms heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar syrup
  • 0.5 cup milk powder
  • 0.25 tbsp salt

Instructions

    Take 1/4 cup of butter in a bowl.

    Add 1/3 cup of mango pulp/puree to the mixture.

    Take 1/2 cup powdered sugar in a strainer

    Sieve the sugar in the mixture.

    Mix everything together.

    Add 1/2 cup milk to the mixture and mix everything together.

    Take 1 cup flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/4 tbsp baking soda, 1/4 tbsp salt in a strainer and sieve them in the mixture.

    Mix everything together.

    Add 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence to the mixture

    Mix everything together. Your batter is ready.

    Add it to a baking bowl covered with a parchment paper or butter paper

    Cover a pan with a lid and Pre heat for 10 min

    After 10 min place the batter bowl inside the pan and let it cook for 10 min

    After 35-40 min stop cooking. Check if the cake is properly baked by poking a toothpick inside the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, it means the cake has been baked perfectly. You can also bake it in the oven at 180 degree celcius for 35-40 min

    Take 150 gms of whipping cream in a bowl and beat it with an egg beater till it becomes fluffy.

    Let the cake cool down . After that place the cake on a cutting board

    Take a cake stand.

    Place it over the cake.

    Cut a small layer from the top to make it an even surface.

    Now cut the cake in two halves as shown in the image.

    Add some sugar syrup of the cake and add whipping cream on the top of the first layer.

    Spread it evenly all over the cake.

    Place the second layer on top of the first layer and add sugar syrup on the top.

    Add whipping cream on top of the second layer and spread it all over. Refrigerate the cake for 10 min. Your cake is almost ready.

    Take 1/2 cup mango pulp in a pan

    Add 1/3 cup powdered sugar to it and start cooking them.

    Mix everything together.

    Add 1/2 cup water to the mixture and cook everything together for 5 minutes. Your Mango ganache is ready
