
Eggless Chocolate Cookies | No Oven Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- 75 gms butter (or ghee)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup Brown Bread
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 50 gms milk chocolate
- 1/2 tbsp milk powder
- 1/4 cup salt
Instructions

Take 75 gms of unsalted butter in a bowl

Whisk it with an Egg Beater

Add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar to it.

Whisk the mixture with an Egg Beater till it is fluffy

Take 1 cup flour in a strainer

Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 1/4 tbsp salt to it.

Sieve everything into the mixture.

Mix everything together.

Add 1/2 tbsp milk to the mixture.

Mix everything together with and hand and bind it together. Do not knead it.

Cover the ball with plastic and refrigerate for an hour.

After 1 hr, take small portion of the ball, flatten it and add a chocolate bar inside it.

Cover the chocolate bar completely with the mixture.

Repeat the process for all the balls.

Take a pan. Cover it with a lid and heat for 10 min at medium flame or preheat the oven at 160 degree celcius for 10 min

Add the uncooked cookies to the pan and let it cook for 12-15 min. You can also bake it in the oven at 160 degree celcius for 12-15 min
