Eggless Ice-Cream Cones Waffle Sticks & Waffle Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 piece dark chocolate
  • 1 cup Water
  • 0.5 cup Brown Bread
  • 0.5 cup Baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 1000 ml Fresh cream - 1 half cup
  • 2 Mangoes
  • 1/4 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1.5 cup Brown Bread
  • 2 tbsp carom seeds
  • 750 ml milk powder
  • 1 cup milk powder

    Condensed Milk: Take 1/2 litre milk in pan and start boiling it

    Add 1 cup sugar to it and mix well and cook until a thick consistency is obtained .

    Make sure to stir in between and scrape the edges .

    Once the mixture becomes thick add baking soda , mix well and let it cool. Condensed Milk is ready.

    Take 1 ltr of chilled fresh Cream in bowl

    Beat with an egg beater till is light and fluffy. Tip: if you are not able to obtain peaks by whisking at room temperature , take ice cubes in another bowl , place the cream bowl on top of it and start whisking

    We need two chopped Mangoes for our Mango Icecream

    Blend chopped mangoes into purée.

    Add the condensed milk to the fresh cream and mix everything together well

    Now divide the cream prepared into three parts

    Take first half of cream and add the mango puree prepared into it.

    Mix everything together.

    In the second part, add vanilla extract to the mixture and mix everything together

    For chocolate icecream, take the remaining half portion of cream, add cocoa powder , drinking chocolate powder and 1 Tbspn of choco chips.

    Mix everything well

    Add the mixture to air tight containers

    Repeat the process for vanilla icecream

    Do the same thing for the chocolate ice cream as well. Close the lid tightly and freeze for 6-8 hours .

    After 8 hours ice cream is ready to be served. Scoop the chocolate ice cream out and garnish it with chocolate sauce

    Scoop the mango ice cream and garnish it with some dry fruits

    Scoop the vanilla icecream and garnish it with crushed dry fruits.

    Cones, Waffle Bowls and Waffle Sticks: Take milk and water in a bowl.

    Add all purpose flour (Maida) , baking powder, baking soda, vanilla essence to it.

    Mix it very well and the batter is ready .

    Add sugar to the mixture and mix everything well

    Mix everything together and let it rest for a few minutes.

    Take a non stick slightly hot Tava, do not heat it too much. Pour batter on it and spread it in spiral manner , same way how we make dosa.

    Once it is golden brown flip it to other side and cook for another 30 Sec.

    Remove it from the pan once golden brown from both sides.

    Immediately remove it from pan and roll it in cone.

    In the same manner make one more roti and place it gently inside a bowl and keep it for 5 mins. Waffle bowl is ready.

    Now add 1/4 cup of water into the remaining batter and in spiral motion put it on tava .

    Spread it on the pan like you did in the previous step.

    Once it is golden brown from one side , roll it tightly. Do not cook other side and the waffle sticks are ready.

    In the remaining half batter add 1 Tbspn of cocoa powder and Repeat the same process .

    Cook the batter from both sides.

    Add the ice cream we prepared to the waffle bowl. Garnish it with Chocolate sauce. Enjoy
