
Coconut Ladoo | Nariyal Laddo | How to make Coconut Ladoo

Ladoo is an Indian sweet dish made from a mixture of flour and sugar, which is fried in small pieces and then shaped into balls. It is a staple sweet served on almost every Indian festival. This is an easy recipe for Indian dessert made out of nariyal (coconut).
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp ghee/oil
- 1 tsp Almonds
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 80 gms Homemade mawa (Khoya)
- 1/4 cup milk powder
- 1 tsp Cashews - 18 to 20
Instructions

Take 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) in pan.

Add 2 tsp dry fruits to it and fry. Keep it aside

Take 1 cup grated coconut in pan.

Add 1/4 cup of milk to it.

Cook for a few minutes

Add 100 gm khoya (dried milk) to to the mixture and mix well. You can also use milk powder and ghee (clarified butter) if khoya is not available.

Add 1 cup sugar to it.

Keep cooking till the mixture becomes semi solid and milk is dried off.

Let the mixture cool down. Add some cardamom powder

Make round balls and garnish it with dried coconut.

Your coconut ladoo is ready.
