Ingredients
- 120 gm Sugar
- 10 Almonds
- 10 Raisins
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 1 cup Maida
- 10 Cashews - 18 to 20
- 50 ml Olive Oil
- 350 ml milk powder

Add Maida, suji and sugar in a bowl

Add milk gradually. Use boiled milk for this purpose

Mix all the three ingredients with milk well. Batter should be without lumps

keep the batter for 3-4 hours to make it little bit fluffy

After 3 hours, again mix the batter really well to make it smooth

Now, in another bowl add one large Banana and smash it well. Add that smashed banana in the above batter

Add chopped almonds, cashew and raisins in the batter

Now, Add 2 tsp shredded coconut and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and mix it well

Now, batter consistency will be thick, so add milk gradually to have a smooth and proper flowing consistency batter

preheat the oil in deep pan

now, add the required batter to make mini pua in the oil and let it fry till golden brown color

puas will be like puri and garnish it with saffron and dry fruits of your choice
