Ingredients
- 1 lukewarm milk
- 1 a little bit Saffron
- 3 tablespoons ghee/oil
- 1 Almonds
- 1 almonds and pistachios - 1
- 7 medium size Raw potatoes

Instructions

Boil the potatoes for 4-5 whistles. Then remove the skin and mash until smooth.

Grate the potatoes or mash them without any small chunks.

Soak saffron threads in lukewarm milk for 15 minutes.

Heat a pan with ghee, then add grated potatoes and cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes.

Add dry fruits (cashews, almonds, and pistachios) to the pan and roast for 2-3 minutes.

Add sugar, saffron milk, and mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until halwa leaves ghee.

Add crushed cardamom and mix well.
