
Aam Panna | Raw Mango Juice

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- 1 Raw Mango
- 3 cups Water
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice - 1
- 0.5 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 0.5 tsp salt

For this recipe, we need a big raw mango

Peel the skin off

Cut the raw mango in small pieces

Add the mango to a metal pot.

Add 1.5 cups of water to it. Add 1 tbsp chopped ginger pieces and 1 green chilly to the mixture

Cover the pot with a lid and start boiling it.

Boil the raw mangoes for 10 min

After 10 min, stop boiling the mangoes and check if they are cooked properly. Let the mixture cool down

Add the whole mixture along with the water in a blender

Add 1/2 tsp black salt the mixture

Add 3 tbsp salt to the mixture.

Add 2 tbsp mint leaves to the mixture

Blend everything together to form a thick liquid paste

Add 1.5 cups of water in the mixture. You may increase or decrease the quantity depending on how thick you want the aam panna to be.

Add 1 tbsp lemon juice to the mixture.

Add 1/2 tbsp of roasted cumin powder to the mixture and mix everything together.
