Ingredients
- 800 gm Raw Mango
- 400 gm Sugar

Instructions

Take raw mango and keep it in water for 2 hours.

Rub the mango to remove excess water.

Peel the skin of the mango with a knife.

Wash the peeled mango and grate it with a medium hole grater.

Remove the seed from the grated mango.

Take a steel pan (non-stick or hard anodized) and add half of the grated mango.

Add sugar to the mango and mix well. Cover and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Cook the chutney on low flame, stirring occasionally, until the sugar syrup is thick and the mangoes are cooked well.

Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
