
Tofu Pizza Pasta Casserole | Pizza Pasta Bake

Ingredients
- 5 cloves garlic - 4 cl
- 50 gms butter (or ghee)
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- 1 Onions
- 100 gms onion paste
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp pasta
- 300 gms Cheese Slices
- 1/2 tbsp coriander - 1 finely chopped
- 2 tbsp basil
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp salt
Instructions

Take 50 gms butter in a hot pan and melt it.

Add 4-5 garlic cloves to it. Fry them until the garlic is golden brown.

Add 1/2 tbsp chili flakes to it.

Add 1/2 tbsp basil to it.

Fry everything together for half a minute.

Add 1 small onion to the mixture and fry everything together

Add 100 gms tofu to the mixture.

Add pasta sauce to the mixture

Mix everything together.

Take 1.5 liters of water in pan and start heating it. Add 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil to it.

Add 150 gms of Pasta to it.

Let it boil for 10-15 min.

Take out the Pasta in a bowl.

Add 1/2 tbsp parsley, 1/2 tbsp oregano, 1/2 tbsp basil, 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes, salt as per taste to the pasta

Add 150 gms of mozzarella cheese to the mixture.

Mix everything together.

Take a baking utensil and add one layer of sauce mixture that we created.

Then add 1 layer of pasta on top of it.

Add another layer of sauce on top of it.

Add 150 gms of processed cheese on top of it.

Garnish it with olives and black pepper.

Cover it with an aluminum foil.

Bake in pre heated oven at 180 degree celcius for 30-35 minutes. Your Pizza Pasta Casserole is ready. Enjoy!!!
