Ingredients
- 2 cups bajra
- 1 cup jowar
- 1/2 cup Urad Dal
- 1/2 cup Moong Dal
- 1 tsp fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 cup Black Chickpeas
- 1/2 cup Fennel seeds
- 1/2 cup salt

dry roast each ingredient separately and mix everything and once it cools down grind it till it is a little coarse.

Thalipeeth recipe - Add 1 cup of the flour mixture to a mixing bowl. Add 1 medium finely chopped onion, 2 green chillies finely chopped, coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt as per taste. Mix all this well together and form a thick dough with the help of some water.

Spread oil in a hot pan, place some batter on to the pan and spread it evenly with wet hand. After it has cooked on one side, flip it over and let it cook on the other side. Serve it with white butter.

Makes 3-4 thalipeeths You can store the remaining flour mixture for upto 2 months in a cool and dry place.
