Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic - 4 cl
  • 3 baby corn
  • 1 pok choy
  • 3 Green Onion -100 grams
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice - 1
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chiranjee
  • 1/2 cup basil

Instructions

    Heat up sesame oil in a pan add garlic then add the vegetables to cook.

    Add the sauce and you can add chilli sauce and soy sauce then add salt and basil and roasted peanuts. You can also add a little sugar.

    First boil noodles separately then add it to the veggies.

    Add some lemon and then serve
