
Tawa Paneer Burger | Cottage Cheese Burger

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter (or ghee)
- 2 Onions
- 5 cloves garlic - 4 cl
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- 2 tsp pav bhaji masala
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Pistachio powder
- 250 gms Paneer - 1 piece
- 2 burger bun
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 4 tbsp Cheese Slices
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 4 Green Chilies
- 1/2 tsp Green Chilies
Instructions

Take 2 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add 2 tbsp butter to it.

Mix everything together.

Add 1 tsp cumin seeds to the mixture and let the mixture cook for a minute.

Add 4-5 finely chopped garlic to the mixture.

Cook everything on medium flame.

Add 2 medium sized chopped onions to the mixture

Mix everything together till the onions start turning light golden brown.

Add 3-4 chopped green chillies to the mixture.

Add 1 cup chopped Bell Pepper/Capsicum to the mixture.

Mix everything together and cook for a few minutes.

Add 1 chopped tomato the mixture.

Mix everything together.

Add 1.5 tsp salt the mixture. This will help the tomatoes cook faster.

Now add 1 tsp chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp pav bhaji masala to mixture

Mix everything well and then add 2 tbsp tomato ketchup to the mixture.

Add 1 tbsp schezwan sauce to the mixture. This is optional but if you have schezwan sauce, you should add it as it will add to the taste of the burger.

Add 1/2 tsp chaat masala to the mixture and mix everything together.

Add 250 gms of cottage cheese cut in cubes into the mixture

Mix everything together.

Add 4 tbsp of mozzarella cheese or any other processed cheese available to you into the mixture.

Add finely chopped coriander leaves to the mixture. Give everything a good mix and then stop cooking it. Time to assemble the burger.

We will use Burger buns for our Recipe. If you have burger buns available to you, you can use them or any other type of bun will do.

Cut the buns in two halves if they are not already cut.

Place the burger mixture on one side.

Close the second half of the bun on top. Your Tawa Paneer is burger is ready. You can eat it as it is. We will fry it for a few seconds for additional flavour.

Take 1 tsp butter, chopped coriander leaves and 1 tsp pav bhaji masala in a hot pan. Make sure the pan is on low flame or else the mixture will burn

Mix everything together.

Place the burger carefully on the mixture and cook it just for a few seconds.

Carefully cook the sides of the burger.

Turn the burger on the other side and cook that side.
