
Soya Veg Pulao In Cooker

Ingredients
- 1 cup soya chunks
- 1 cups chopped french beans
- 1 small red carrots
- 1 cups curd
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp biryani masala
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tsps Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Roast dry fenugreek
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 small Raw potatoes
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 green chillies
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 2 tsps ghee/oil
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 medium-sized Onions
- 1 medium-sized Tomato
- 8 - Cumin seeds
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 8 - coriander leaves
- 8 - coriander leaves
- 1 tsp coriander powder
Instructions

Add soya chunks to water and let it become soft.

Squeeze out the excess water from soya chunks.

Add chopped vegetables, curd, spices, salt, ginger garlic paste, dry fenugreek leaves, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves to a bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well and leave it for 10 minutes.

Take basmati rice and wash it in water 4-5 times.

Soak the rice in water for 15 minutes.

Heat oil and ghee in a pressure cooker.

Add cumin, bay leaves, whole spices to the oil and let it heat up.

Add chopped onion and fry until light golden brown.

Add chopped tomato and fry until soft.

Add marinated vegetables to the oil and stir well.

Add soaked rice to the pressure cooker.

Add 1.5 cups of water to the pressure cooker.

Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 2 whistles.

Turn off the gas and let the pressure remove naturally.

Once the pressure is removed, open the lid of the pressure cooker.

Mix the pulao well with a spatula.
