
Shahi Paneer Korma | Malai Paneer

Ingredients
- 1 cup Water
- 10 almond Almonds
- 1 large Onions
- 1 tbsp butter (or ghee)
- 1 Fennel Seeds
- 2 tbsp Fresh cream - 1 half cup
- 2 tsp Garam masala
- 0.25 tsp Fennel Seeds
- 100 gm Paneer - 1 piece
- 2 Clove
- 1 cashew Cashews - 18 to 20
- 0.25 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp salt

In a bowl take 1 cup of hot water , add almonds and cashews .Let it soak for 10-15 mins .

After 15 mins peel off the skin of almonds , mix with cashews

Blend to a fine paste.

In a pan take 2 cup of water , bring to boil and add roughly chopped onion to it. Cook till it becomes translucent

Drain the excess water.

Let it cool down and blend to a fine paste.

In a pan / kadhai take butter.

Once the butter is a bit hot add cardamom , clove , cinnamon stick and cumin seeds. Fry for a min .

Now take a chilly divide it into two halves and split . Add this to pot and fry for 30 sec. At this stage add onion paste and cook till water evaporated completely .

Now add Almond Cashews Paste and cook till the oil separate.

Cover it with a lid and cook for some time

Take fresh curd whisk to smooth and add this to the pot . Cook till the oil separates.

Now add fresh cream.

It’s time to add species , so will add garam masala , cardamom powder and salt as per taste.Fry for about a minute .

At this stage will add 1/2 cup of water , mix well and make sure no lumps are getting formed. Bring to boil .

Now add paneer cubes .

Cover and cook till gravy thickens .

Turn off the flame and ready to serve. Enjoy!!!
