In a pan, add 1.5 tbsp of oil. Once it heats add 3-4 pods of finely chopped garlic and a finely chopped onion.
Once it turns golden brown, add the remaining chopped veggies (capsicum, carrot, cabbage, french beans, baby corn, blanched broccoli).
Cover and cook until the veggies are cooked. Then add 3 tbsp of schezwan sauce , 2 tbsp of red chilli sauce and 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
Mix well and add salt as per taste.
Add 1 tbsp of vinegar or chilli vinegar and mix well.
Add the boiled noodles and mix well and serve hot!
