
Samak Ke Chawal Ki Kheer

Ingredients
- 1 liter milk powder
- 1 quarter cup Rice flour
- 1 tablespoon ghee/oil
- 1 tablespoon (finely chopped) Almonds
- 1 tablespoon (finely chopped) Almonds
- 1 tablespoon (finely chopped) Pistachios
- 1 tablespoon Raisins
- 70 grams Misri (Jaggery/Sugar)
- 1 quarter teaspoon Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
Instructions

Wash the Samake rice 3-4 times and clean it.

Soak the Samake rice in water for 8-10 minutes.

Boil the milk on high flame, stirring continuously every half minute.

Add saffron thread to the boiling milk.

Lower the flame and let the milk boil well for 8-10 minutes.

Add soaked Samake rice to the boiled milk and cook for 12-15 minutes or until the rice is cooked well.

Heat a pan, add ghee, cashew nuts, almonds, and pistachios (finely chopped), roast on low flame for 1.5-2 minutes.

Add raisins to the pan and roast for 20-30 seconds.

Melt jaggery in the hot pan with water, stirring continuously on low flame until it dissolves completely.

Let the kheer cool down slightly before adding jaggery syrup.
