Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 0.25 cup Cheese Slices
  • 1 tbsp butter (or ghee)
  • 1 bowl Cheese Slices
  • 2 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 5 cloves garlic - 4 cl
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions

    To make the filling, finely chop the veggies of your choice. Add salt as per taste, pizza sauce , black pepper powder and grated cheese  and mix well. Prepare garlic butter by mixing finely chopped garlic along with butter

    In another bowl, keep some grated cheese ready for garnishing.

    In another bowl, take 2 tbsp of wheat flour and add some water to form a paste.

    Grease the cupcake mould using some oil. Cut a roti into 4 halves and use 2 in such a way as to form a cup. Stick them together using the wheat flour- water mixture.

    Then add the vegetable filling.

    Garnish with some grated cheese. Sprinkle some Italian herbs and chilli flakes. Brush with some garlic butter. Microwave for 10 minutes at 200° C
