Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh corn
- 1 cup Cheese Slices
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 cups Rice flour
- 2 tsp butter (or ghee)
- 2 tsp Brown Bread
- 1 green bell pepper
- 2 tsp Olive Oil
- 3 cups milk powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder

Sauté some bell peppers and boiled sweet corn in 1 tbsp olive oil and keep aside.

To make the white sauce heat some butter in a pan and add 2 tbsp maida and mix well so that there are no lumps.

Add one cup milk, a little at a time, and keep mixing. Add more milk depending on the quantity you wish to make. Add 1 cup grated cheese.

Add some pepper powder, salt and italian seasoning. Your sauce is ready.

Add in the sautéed veggies and arborio rice. Serve in a bowl and garnish with some cheese!
