Firstly, in a mixing bowl take 1/2 cup rava, 1/4 cup curd, and 1/4 cup water.
Combine well and make a batter.
Then add 2 finely chopped green chillies, 2 tbsp finely chopped onions, 2 tbsp finely chopped tomato, 2 tbsp each finely chopped red bell pepper and capsicum, 2 tbsp grated carrot and 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander. Also, add 1/2 tsp sugar and salt to taste.
Combine all together. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes or till the rava turns soft.
Now spread green chutney over a bread slice.
Then spread prepared rava batter. Toast it over hot pan.
Also spread butter on the other side of the bread.
Once the rava side bread roasts well, turn over. Roast the butter side bread till it turns golden and crisp.
Finally, cut the rava toast in triangles and serve hot.
