Ingredients

  • 1.25 cup Brown Bread
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Curds (yogurt)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 50 gms olives
  • 2 tsp pizza sauce
  • 100 gm Cheese Slices
  • 100 gms fresh corn
  • 1 tsp cumin powder

Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, take 1 and 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/4 cup curd, 1/4 tsp baking soda, salt to taste, and form a dough with the help of water.

    In another bowl, to make the filling, add some chopped bell peppers, boiled sweet corn, olives, pizza sauce, black pepper powder, and salt to taste.

    Take a small part from the dough, flatten it and fill it with some filling. Place a little cheese cube and wrap up the bomb. Deep fry the bombs and enjoy! Serve with ketchup.
