Peanut Butter Hummus | How to make Peanut Butter Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic - 4 cl
  • 1 cup Black chickpeas
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

    In a food processor, blend all the ingredients adding water bit by bit as required. Add more water to loosen the mix and make a smooth blend.

    Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle olive oil on top. Add some roasted peanuts on top for some crunch.

    Serve with warm pita bread, lavash, crackers or veggie crudités.
