Ingredients
- 0.5 tsp garlic - 4 cl
- 1/2 cup red cabbage
- 1/2 cup red carrots
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 1/4 cup Cumin powder
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup chopped french beans
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- 2 tsp basil
- 1 Green Chilies
- 0.25 tsp salt

For the dressing, whisk all ingredients together and adjust to taste. Add more water If needed. It should be a pourable consistency.

Combine all the veggies and rice in a bowl. Toss with the dressing- use as much needed only.

Top with roasted peanuts and fresh mint.
