Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlic - 4 cl
  • 200 gm Paneer - 1 piece
  • 1 tsp butter (or ghee)
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp Roast dry fenugreek
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 2 Spinach
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red carrots
  • 1 Green Onion -100 grams
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 Tomato

Instructions

    In a pan add 1 tbsp oil, add some mustard seeds and add long vertically chopped paneer pieces and cook until golden brown. Keep them in a separate bowl.

    In the same pan, add 1 tbsp oil, some mustard seeds and 2 full Kashmiri red chillies, vertically chopped bell peppers, capsicum, carrot. Let it cook well and add to the bowl consisting paneer.

    In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter, add 2 grated onion, grated garlic and ginger and sauté well until golden brown. Then add 2 large grated tomatoes, 1 and 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala and sauté until the water absorbs and the mixture starts separating from the pan. Then add 1 small diced onion, 1 small vertically chopped tomato and mix well. Add 2 tbsp malai or fresh cream and 1 tbsp kasuri methi (fenugreek leaves). Add salt to taste, add the vegetables and the paneer and 1/3 cup of water.

    Cover and cook for a while and add some spring onion greens. Serve hot with chapatis or naans or phulkas!
