Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoons Boiled Potatoes
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 pieces Dry red chillies
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 pieces Bay leaves
- 1 big Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
- 2 pieces Clove
- 1 piece Cinnamon - 1 small piece
- 2 medium sized Onions
- 1 teaspoon carom seeds
- 2 teaspoons Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 4 tablespoons gram flour
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1 medium sized Tomato
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 250 grams salt

Wash the spinach with 4 to 5 water and remove its thick stem.

Add half a teaspoon of salt to it and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and dried red chilies. Roast it for few seconds on low flame.

Add onions and fry until they turn golden brown.

Add tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes until raw taste goes away.

Separate the juice of spinach and add spices to it (turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, carom seeds).

Mix everything well with the help of your hands. Add gram flour for binding and mix again.

Take small portions on your hands and make balls of it.

Heat oil in pan, add spices (turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper) and cook until they turn brown.

Add water to the pan and bring it to boil. Add spinach juice that we have taken out.

Cook koftas on low to medium flame for 5-7 minutes. Cover it and cook for 2 more minutes after adding garam masala.
